WELCOME!!!
Since my motor was available I decided to give you a peek of my town and invited Princess to kill some time. Yes, it was worth it! Come in PASUQUIN^_^
After the public market, is here the newly Pasuquin
Town Plaza, just in front of the Municipal Hall-presently under renovation.
Near the Christmas tree is the kid’s playground and they have this “SINE
LUBSAK” during night where you can be able to watch a movie. There’s also
installed two drinking fountains around the corner.

In the center of Plaza is a fountain opened during
night time with light. It’s a nice place
to have some shots. So we did.
|
From the market of Pasuquin to our destination in
Surong will take us 5-10 minutes drive. Then after that we’ll trek for 15-20
minutes- good for the health.

The LUTTUONG FALLS. It was breathtaking even though
the water falling are lesser than it usual flow. We wish to soak a bit but
there were men out there singing the theme song of Voltez 5 of course having
good time in the falls, you see we are two ladies in adventure but have fears
and limits. Even though we didn’t feel the water, we were entertained by their
song and contented to have a picture of the falls so then we get back rest a
bit in the fields and plan our later place.

Next spot is Puyupuyan Proper, but before that we went
to Pragata-Bungro, known for its relaxing, scenic views of the beach and farms. It is a
well-loved barangay adding the long bridge, a way to see its beauty.

Why there’s a bridge? Because during rainy days the water goes up and
the island where the bridge is connected is affected. Usually tourist make this
a good spot for photo shooting.

Afterward is the Puyupuyan proper where the main attraction is the old Spanish Tower located behind a grotto some fanatic people built. |
![]() |
This fortress was built by the Spaniards as watchtower
for some pirates roaming the ocean for their victims. The grotto they alleged
to have some apparitions were never verified by either the government or the
Church, yet some people believe that the grotto has healed some illness and
brought some luck to fishermen. This depends on one's belief.
